We’ve put innovation to work to make your family’s journey quicker, simpler, and worry-free with our new Home Check-in Services.
One of our representatives will arrive at your home to remotely check you into your flight*, checking your documents, then handing over your boarding pass and luggage tags. They will weigh and collect your baggage, then deliver it to the airport for loading onto your flight.
*Home check-in is subject to airline approval and acceptance. Should home check-in not be available for your selected flight, our team will try to provide access to fast-track check-in desks at the airport where possible.

Terms and Conditions
- Home check-in is subject to airline choice and availability
- Service is available in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman. Bookings in other Emirates are subject to an additional charge
- Only one location can be selected for at-home testing, check-in and baggage collection point
- Online bookings must be made 24 hours ahead of arrival
- Late bookings (less than 10 hours) can be made through our call centre or sales office, additional charges apply
