Check-in Anywhere: Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! marhaba Check-in Anywhere allows you to check your bags in at home – or another location that suits your plans, like an office or hotel.
marhaba Check-in Anywhere includes a marhaba team member coming to your home, office, or hotel – or another suitable location of your choice – to check you in for your flight remotely.
Your boarding passes will be printed for you, and your bags will be tagged and delivered to the airport ready for your flight.
Transfers to the airport, fast-track and lounge access aren’t included as part of the Check-in Anywhere service, but you can add these to your booking.
The price for the marhaba Check-in Anywhere Service in Dubai starts at AED 279.
Additional charges apply if:
- You’re checking in five bags or more
- You’re checking in at a location outside of Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman
- You’re making a late booking (less than 10 hours before check-in time)
Online bookings for marhaba Check-in Anywhere must be made at least 24 hours ahead of the requested check-in time.
Late bookings (less than 10 hours before check-in time) can be made through our call centre on (+971) 800 627 4222 or our sales office but are subject to slot availability and additional charges.
Yes! You will receive a notification at every touch point via email - including at the chosen pick-up location, post loading in the van and dispatch from the baggage belt.
You can change or cancel your booking for free up to four hours before the time of your scheduled home check-in.
For any changes, please contact us at +971 800 627 4222 or email marhaba@marhabaservices.com with your booking details and requested change. In the case of cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment card within 14 days.
If you change or cancel your booking within four hours of your scheduled check-in time, you will be charged a fee.
If your bags have already been collected, you will not be refunded and you will be charged a fee to return your bags to you.
marhaba Check-in Anywhere is available for all non-transit passengers travelling from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai Al-Maktoum Airport (DWC).
Check-in Anywhere is not available for:
Passengers travelling to the United States or Israel, either in transit or as a destination- Unaccompanied minors
- Passengers requiring medical assistance
- Passengers travelling with pets
- Unconfirmed bookings
The marhaba Check-in Anywhere service is available for flights departing from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai Al-Maktoum Airport (DWC), subject to Terms and Conditions.
Your check-in location should be in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman - check-in outside of these zones is available but is subject to availability and additional charges.
Yes, you can choose your cabin seat which are available when you check in with our check-in agent.
