Meet & Greet on arrival

You’ll be greeted at your aircraft by a friendly marhaba representative, who will be on hand to make your transfer at Geneva International Airport a seamless, hassle-free experience.

Please note, as per Geneva Airport requirements, marhaba is unable to provide Meet & Greet services to passengers who require wheelchair assistance. Passengers are kindly requested to reach out to their airline directly for wheelchair assistance.

Chauffeur service from the aircraft

As part of our Gold Transfer service at Geneva International Airport, you will be escorted from the aircraft after landing. Our welcoming representatives are on hand to make sure your transfer is as quick and stress-free as possible.

Fast-track through airport formalities

You’ll be fast-tracked through any transfer formalities until the transfer desk, making the transition to your next gate as quick and painless as possible. This will leave you with as much time as possible to relax and unwind ahead of your next flight.

Lounge access

If you have time between flights, you’re invited to enjoy the stylish marhaba Lounge at Geneva Airport, included in your Gold tier package. Located in the main terminal, the lounge offers a selection of international cuisine, hot and cold beverages and a comfortable setting - the perfect way to relax and recharge before your next flight.

Chauffeur service to your next flight

Once your gate has been announced, our team will get you there with no hassle. You will be escorted directly to the aircraft, either through our dedicated chauffeur service or alongside one of the marhaba team via a short walk.

Multilingual guides

If you, a family member or friend require language assistance when transferring at Geneva Airport, multilingual guides are available upon request as part of our Gold Meet & Greet service.
