Please note the following for arrivals to Dubai International Airport:
- For arrivals into Terminal 1, please proceed to the marhaba arrival service counter
- For arrivals into Terminal 2, please proceed to the meeting point shared in your booking confirmation, where your driver will be waiting with your name card at Arrivals
- For arrivals into Terminal 3, once you exit the baggage belt, look for marhaba staff located near Carrefour. From here, our team will guide you to the marhaba meeting point
- Please note, marhaba agents waiting with name cards is only available at Terminal 3
