Drop off your bags
Visit our baggage storage facilities in Terminal 1 or 2 when you arrive at DXB. You just need your flight ticket and passport to make a walk-in booking and drop off your baggage.
Enjoy exploring
You’ll receive a receipt for your baggage – and you’re then free to head into Dubai and enjoy the city without the burden of your heavy bags. We’ll take care of them in our secure lockers for up to 90 days.
Pick up your bags
Return to our facilities at the end of your booking period to pick up your bags – simply present your receipt and ID to collect your luggage and continue your journey.
Our baggage storage at DXB
Visit our facilities at Dubai International Airport (DXB) to book short-term baggage storage and head into the city without the inconvenience of needing to bring your bags. Our facilities are staffed 24/7 - there are no self-service lockers available – and our staff speak Arabic, English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tagalog, allowing for smooth drop-offs and pick-ups.
What to bring
When dropping off your baggage, you will need a valid flight ticket and passport. For collection, you will need your original receipt and matching ID.
If you lose your receipt, please present the same ID you showed when dropping off your bags.
Someone else can collect your bag with your original receipt, ID and preferably an authority letter.
The process for dropping off baggage usually takes less than 15 minutes, and both our counters are wheelchair accessible.
Opening times
We are open 24/7 in both Terminals 1 and 2, so your bags can be stored overnight, and you can pick-up or drop off at any time.
Security
All our baggage storage areas are CCTV monitored, and only accessible to staff.
Pricing
Prices start at AED 40 per item of standard baggage and AED 50 per item of oversized baggage. Prices are for 12 hours – book for a total period of time that suits your plans, up to a maximum storage period of 90 days.
If your plans change, you can extend your booking up to the 90-day limit, offering you complete flexibility.
There is no grace period for our luggage service. Bookings are based on 12-hour blocks, and exceeding your booking incurs a double charge per piece.
Please note, our baggage storage services are walk-in only, and can’t be booked online.

Baggage Storage at Dubai Airport: Frequently Asked Questions
Standard size baggage storage costs AED 40 per 12 hours, and oversized baggage storage costs AED 50 per 12 hours. All prices quoted are per item.
We currently welcome cash payments in UAE dirhams only.
We do not offer any group rates or discounts for longer bookings.
You can cancel a booking within 10 minutes of dropping off - however, cancelling after 10 minutes is subject to an AED 40 minimum charge.
The following size and weight limits apply when using our baggage storage service.
- Standard: 31” x 24” x 11”
- Oversized: up to 80”
- Weight: max 32kg per piece
You can store strollers, car seats, golf clubs, skis, bicycles, or musical instruments so long as they are suitably packed.
You can also store duty-free liquids or alcohol provided they are securely packed in leak-proof bags.
Please ensure fragile items are suitably labelled.
Items with lithium batteries (e.g., laptops, power banks, e-cigarettes) are not accepted.
There is no minimum period, however the maximum storage period is 90 days.
If your plans change, you can extend your booking up to the 90-day limit.
After 90 days, items are handed to Dubai Customs.
We are unable to transfer baggage between terminals. You will need to collect your bags from storage if you are departing from a different terminal to your baggage locker.
We only store baggage at DXB, and don’t offer transfers to Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC).
No, collection must be made from the facility at which you left your luggage. However, you can book marhaba Land and Leave for baggage delivery to your home, hotel or office in Dubai.
We do not provide any insurance for your baggage.
Your liability limit is AED 70 per kg, with a maximum AED 200 per receipt, in cases where your baggage handler has been deemed to be negligent.
We do accept damaged bags, making a full note of existing damages. We reserve the right to refuse damaged bags.
We will happily weigh your bags; however, we don’t wrap or seal baggage. We also don’t sell locks or travel accessories.
