We’ve put innovation to work to make your family’s journey quicker, simpler, and worry-free with our new Home Check-in Services.

Customers who book the Premium package with at-home COVID-19 testing service will be visited by trained Mediclinic professional who will perform a swab test on all passengers ahead of the home check-in process. Results will be delivered digitally 24 – 48 hours after testing and all passengers testing negative for COVID-19 will receive a medical certificate.

Following the testing, prior to your flight, one of our representatives will arrive at your home to remotely check all passengers into the flights*. They will weigh and collect your baggage, which will be disinfected to protect it from microbes for 72 hours. The disinfection treatment is highly effective and will remove 99.99% of germs, and it is safe on all types of luggage.

Once you make your way to the airport, one of our marhaba Meet & Greet agents will meet you on arrival to fast-track you through immigration and security and escort you straight to the boarding gate. Testing price of AED 300 per person is directly payable to Mediclinic upon sample collection via cash or credit card.

*Home check-in is subject to airline approval and acceptance. Should home check-in not be available for your selected flight, our team will try to provide access to fast-track check-in desks at the airport where possible.
