An exclusive service designed especially for families travelling with young children or infants. We’ll make the airport experience easy, meeting you at the marhaba drop-off point outside the airport (entrance 2). There is a marhaba Meeting Lounge near the check-in area at Dubai International Terminal 3 where you can relax, recharge and enjoy light refreshments before we escort you through the airport.
We will fast-track you through all the airport formalities. We'll provide porter services, and hand baggage trolleys. Our staff will escort you to your boarding gate.
The service extends to a maximum of four members of the same family and can be extended to a larger family for an additional charge.
