The tiers available can change from airport to airport, but you can typically pick from Silver, Gold, Family, Elite and Family Elite for arrivals, transfers and departures.

All tiers include a meet and greet kerbside or at your arrival gate, an escort through check-in or immigration and buggy car transfers on request.

Gold, Family, Elite and Family Elite and are all dedicated one-to-one services with increasing levels of porter assistance depending on which tier you book.

Lounge access is included in Gold, Elite and Family Elite while a luxury chauffeur-driven car to or from the airport is complimentary for Elite and Family Elite packages – but can be booked as a paid add-on for other tiers.

For transfers, you can usually select from Meet & Greet, Family or Personalised. Meet & Greet includes assistance through transfer formalities until the transfer desk, while Family provides multilingual guides and a dedicated one-to-one service.

Personalised is the top tier, including assistance through transfer formalities and an escort right to your boarding gate, as well as buggy car transfers on request.

You can book marhaba Meet & Greet Services for both departures and arrivals, depending on availability at the airport you’re flying from and at the airport you’re arriving at.
