This service is available at all Dubai International Airport Terminals and includes:
- 2,3, 4 or 5 star (as preferred) hotel accommodation at Marhaba associate hotels
- Up to 96 hours visa sponsorship, on arrival
- Airport Ground transfers to and from the hotel
- Assistance at the airport at an extra charge

Important Information
This service is available for passengers who fulfil the below criteria:
- Arriving or departing to Medinah or Jeddah (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) only
- Passengers should be in transit in Dubai for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 96 hours, and should have a confirmed booking to an onward destination.
The following documents need to be provided to pre-book either of the above services:

- Visa particulars form
- Passengers passport copy – clear copy with cover page
