Meeting Point

On arrival you will be met at the arrivals area before immigration – look for your name on the plasma screens located at different points along your journey.

On departure you will be met at the Marhaba meeting lounge immediately after the security area at Terminal 1 (area A). If you’re departing from Terminal 3, you will find us at the meeting lounge in the departure area before you check in.

This service is available at all Dubai International Airport Terminals and includes:

• A warm welcome on arrival or departure
• Assistance and guidance through airport clearance and all related formalities
• Special hand baggage trolleys (subject to availability)*
• Priority buggy car transfer through the airport terminal (subject to availability and in areas where access is permitted by Civil Aviation Authorities)*

On Departures

• Relax and enjoy the facilities of the exclusive Marhaba Departure check-in Lounge at the Departures check-in area, which serves light refreshments and offers a selection of reading materials*
• Escort through check-in, immigration and security formalities

On Arrival

• Handover of your visas and/or other essential documents
• Escort through immigration formalities and the security screening
• Assistance with the baggage belt area
• Escort to the receiving party at the meeting point outside arrivals
