Services available at Dubai International Airport.
This service includes:
- A warm welcome upon arrival or departure
- Assistance and guidance in airport clearance through related formalities
- Provision of special hand baggage trolleys (Subject to availability)*
- Buggy car transfer priority through the airport terminal (Subject to availability and in the areas where the access is permitted by Civil Aviation Authorities)*
On Departures
- Passengers can avail of the facilities of the exclusive Marhaba Departure Check-in Lounge located at Departures check in area including light refreshments and a selection of reading materials*
- Escort through Check in, immigration and security formalities
On Arrivals
- Handover visas or other essential documents to passengers
- Escort through immigration formalities and security screening
- Assistance at the baggage belt area
- Handover the passengers to the receiving party at the meeting point outside arrivals.
* Available in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3
Charges (Subject to change):
Terminal 1 – From USD 25 per passenger
Terminal 2 – From USD 21 per passenger
Terminal 3 – From USD 25 per passenger
Important Information:
The above service needs to be booked 24 hours prior to arrival/departure. Supplementary charges apply for bookings done 10 hours prior to flight arrival or departure.
