How to Book Marhaba
You can book the Marhaba services in several ways - online, by fax/email, or in person at the airport or any Dnata Travel outlet.
Online
The following services can be booked online, subject to their availability:
- Meet & Greet (Standard, Diamond and Family packages)
- Marhaba Lounge
- Terminal transfer service
Booking is currently available in association with Dnata Travel. Visit http://www.dnatatravel.com/Marhaba_Meet_and_Greet_Services now to submit your booking. Please note that you should make your booking at least 24 hours in advance of flight arrival or departure.
Fax/Email
To book by fax, please the booking form and fax or email to us at least 24 hours prior to the flight or additional charges may apply. Please note that you must provide credit card payment details.
Visa International Corporate credit card holders, please the booking form and fax or email to us at least 24 hours prior to the flight or additional charges may apply. Please note that you must provide credit card payment details.

In Person
Visit any in Dubai to book and pay for Marhaba services required. Alternatively, you can book at the Dubai International Airport Marhaba counter located in Terminal 1, 2 or 3. Ensure you book at least 24 hours prior to your flight or additional charges may apply.
